This site is linked to the e-learning platform https://classes.afrique-learning.com/ on which you will have to share basic personal data to register. You will find below the details of the required data, and the protection that the Beninese law gives you with regard to these personal data:

According to Article 415 of Law No. 2017-20 on the digital code in the Republic of Benin, on the obligation of information - Collection of data from the person whose data are being processed, we confirm that we will collect only the data necessary to open your account on the e-learning platform: your last name and your first name, as well as your email address. Optionally, we will also register your country and city of residence.

Once your account is created, we will send you your username and password by email and you will be able to manage your profile, and update it if you wish.

This data will not be shared or transmitted to other entities. The data is used exclusively for the creation of your personal account, and the country and the city allow us to produce anonymized reports taking into account geographical location.

We will keep your profile and therefore your data for a period not exceeding 3 years after your last access to the platform. After this time, your account will be closed and your data deleted, including your course history and course certificates.

In addition, you can at any time ask us to be removed from our files: from a simple email to info@afrique-learning.com, sent from the address which you registered in your name, we will delete your account and erase your profile. In this case, you will lose access to the history of your courses and your course certificates. No personal information will be kept by Afrique-learning thereafter.

If you are not satisfied with our services regarding the management of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint by post or electronically with the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (APDP), which ensures the application of the law concerning the respect of privacy on the territory of the Republic of Bénin.
